About Our People
Amy Quarton, Founder
Amy J. Quarton teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in social psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, personality psychology, and history of psychology. She earned her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in 2013. She has been a faculty member at Maryville University of St. Louis since 2013 and at SIUE since 2016. In addition to teaching, Ms. Quarton mentors students and helps them prepare for their careers after graduation. She has also worked with organizations to enhance their recruitment, selection, performance measurement, and training systems.
